All Boats and Tracks
Win the best time on any track and enter the name ?DL, if you have the European use the name ?PB.
Use Fishing Boat
Enable all hidden tracks and then then at the Boat Selection screen select(highlight) the Thresher. Then Hold L + R and press Y, Y. After that Select the Chumdinger to race as a fishing boat.
Bonus Track
When you are at the options screen, highlight the Back selection and press Up, Up, Down, Up, Down, Down, Start.
